Trey Baker is a consultant with WSP Advisory Services who has worked for over ten years in the area of road usage charging and roadway pricing.

 

Trey specializes in transportation policy, strategic planning and public acceptance and has worked on road charging pilots and initiatives in Oregon, California, Colorado, and Minnesota. Trey and his team recently completed system design work for a multi-state road charge pilot on the west coast and is helping Oregon design a future tolling program based on open-architecture principles that will incorporate road charging as well as Mobility-as-a-Service applications.

 

Trey is Chair of the Transportation Research Board’s Congestion Pricing Committee and lives in Austin, Texas. 

Events are organized many months in advance of the event itself and as the date of the event approaches, we may need to make substitutions, alterations or cancellations including but not exhaustive of the following: speakers and/or topics, change in venue details,. change in sponsor, exhibit benefits. This is due to speakers being unable to attend for personal or business reasons venue rules and regulations etc.. While we will make every effort to find a direct replacement, sometimes this is not possible within the time-frame we are given.
